The beautiful 3.5 rooms apartment was partially renovated and furnished in 2021 and can be accessed by stairs (2nd floor). The living room counts with a sofa-bed. Fast and reliable internet, big smart TV and a vintage kitchen (which has a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso Machine, microwave and more) should make you feel at home.
The tram stop is across the street from the building's entrance, and the main train station is only 5 minutes away by tram (or a 20 minute walk). Numerous restaurants, bars and shops can be found bellow and all around the building. Close to the biggest tourist attractions.

Long-term stays:
Contact us for booking. Please send information such as desired check-in and check-out dates, as well as how many persons will stay in the unit This way, you will be sure to get the best price available for your stay. We offer great discounts for stays over a month, three months and six months.
Short-term stays:
You can book directly through the website! ( check our availability in the calendar bellow)
Payment method: bank transfer.

Check-in:
You can choose to have someone present for your check-in or choose the self-check-in option (key pick up from a key safe box), which allows for more flexibility upon arrival. Check-in time from 15:30, check-out until 10:00. Early check-in/late-check out only upon agreement.
Public Transportation:
As it usually is the case with central places, public transportation is the easiest way to get around, and we will be happy to provide Bern Tickets upon booking. (Bus 12 will take you straight to the central train station)
Parking:
We unfortunately do not own a parking space. If you do plan to come with a car, street parking is plentiful (though competitive). Underground parking lots are around, though pricey.
Availability, Terms and House Rules
Rental deposit:
A rental deposit of 500chf may me charged. If charged, will be returned up to 7 days after the guest's check-out. Exceptions to the rental deposit requirement include Swiss domiciled businesses, residents and returning guests.
Smoking:
The apartment is non-smoking. Fines up to 100chf.
Quiet hours:
between 22:00 and 06:00.
Events and parties:
Are not allowed.
Pets:
Are not allowed. Exception to this rule is service dogs such as guide dogs when accompanied by the person they are serving.
Use of the premises for non-residential purposes:
Offering of services such as escorting and massage will be penalized with a fine of up to 500chf. Prostitution is strictly prohibited in this apartment.
Payment:
Payments by bank transfer only. 10% of the total invoiced amount are to be paid up to one week after the reservation is made or might be cancelled. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are making a last-minute booking, the full amount is due.
Confirmation and check-in instructions:
You shall receive an e-mail or WhatsApp message from us with instructions about check-in and arrival a couple of days before your arrival date. Please contact us shall you not receive our PDF.
